The OnlyExecs Holiday Party

December 2026

One night, the whole room, and the people they bring. The anchor of our year and the easiest introduction to what OnlyExecs is.

Open to members and non-members alike — this is the one event where you don’t need a seat at the table to come. Bring your team, your spouse, your best client. Members receive priority booking and member pricing.

Tickets are limited by the room. Put your name down now and you’ll get first notice when they open, before we market it publicly.

Date and venue confirmed shortly. Frederick, Maryland.

Tickets and tables

Open to members and non-members. Seats are capped by the room, and tables sell first.

Individual seats, tables of eight, and three sponsorship packages. Put your name down now and you’ll get first notice and a booking link before we market the night publicly.

A small room, assembled on purpose

Most networking is a numbers game. OnlyExecs is the opposite — a deliberately small group of owners and executives who were each brought in for a reason.

Membership is by application, and every applicant sits down with the board before a seat is offered. We would rather hold a seat open than fill it with someone who treats the room as a prospect list.

What you get is not a directory. It’s a short list of people who will take your call, know your business well enough to refer it properly, and tell you the truth when you ask.

What we look for

  • ●Owners, founders, and executives with real authority over the decision
  • ●A track record worth the other members’ time
  • ●People who show up — presence is the entire product
  • ●Generous by default, and willing to give before they ask

The events are the reason

Not a happy hour with a name tag. Events such as these — built because they create the kind of relationship a conference room never will. The calendar is shaped by the membership, so what runs in a given year is what the room asks for.

Chef’s table dinners
A private room, a set menu, and a table of twelve. Four courses buys a conversation you cannot have standing up with a drink in your hand.
Private tastings
Bourbon, wine, and whiskey, poured and walked through by the people who actually made it. Hosted at distilleries and cellars around the region.
The golf outing
A full day in a scramble format, which puts you in a cart for four hours with three people you should already know. The format does the introducing for you.
Bourbon and cigars
Smaller, later, and the kind of evening where the best conversation of the quarter tends to happen.
Box seats
A handful of members per outing, close enough to the field to make the afternoon worth the drive. Orioles, Ravens, and whatever else we can get our hands on.
Open socials
A relaxed evening somewhere in Frederick, open to anyone who wants to come. Members attend free and bring whoever they like.

Speakers worth clearing a morning for

Founders who have exited. Operators who have scaled through the ceiling you are hitting right now. People who have actually done the thing, rather than written about it.

These sessions are deliberately small. No ballroom, no keynote, no three hundred people watching a slide deck from the back. Thirty minutes of substance and then the room asks whatever it wants.

We book speakers because a member asked a question none of us could answer. That is the only criterion.

How a session runs

  • ●Small room, members and their invited guests
  • ●Short remarks, long question period
  • ●Questions collected from the membership beforehand
  • ●Time afterward to actually meet the speaker

Frederick has been good to the businesses in this room

A meaningful share of what OnlyExecs does is pointed back at the place that made it possible.

Every quarter we put on an event benefiting a local organization — nominated and voted on by the membership rather than chosen by the board. These are real events people want to attend, not obligation dinners with a donation envelope on the table.

First on the calendar is Bras for the Cause, a breast cancer awareness event we are building for next fall.

How it works

  • ●Local organizations, where the money stays in Frederick County
  • ●Nominated and voted on by members, not assigned from the top
  • ●Members get first access to tables and sponsorships
  • ●The group carries the production, so the cause keeps the proceeds

Founding membership closes December 31

Founding members lock their rate for as long as their membership stays continuous. It does not rise when the standard rate does.

Membership runs a full twelve months and is by application, with every applicant meeting the board before a seat is offered.

What membership includes

Apply

Membership is by application, and the room stays small on purpose.

Tell us about your business and whether you already know anyone in the group. We’ll set up a conversation, and if it’s a fit on both sides, we’ll get you to the next event.
